Remove covers and clean unit (as needed).
Remove dirt and debris from motors, vents and circuit boards (as needed).
Inspect wire harnesses and connections.
Align and tighten walking belt (treadmills).
Lubricate belt and deck (treadmills).
Inspect condition of all roller bearings and bushings (treadmills).
Grease drive assemblies and elevation drive systems.
Check machine function and operation.
Run amp / friction tests to test wear on belts and decks.
Clean and check speed sensors.
Lube and Clean Guide Rods (strength equipment)

This covers looking over every piece of equipment in your facility to make sure they are functioning properly and not just the cardio equipment. It also covers all materials used to lube and clean the equipment. This service includes the following:

CARDIO

A typical facility maintenance visit takes 3 to 8 hours to complete. Many facilities do this every 3 to 4 months. This will save you costly repairs in the long run and your equipment will be smooth and running like new.
